Here’s what you can expect when you visit our stores
Our stylists are thrilled to be able to welcome you back into our stores. In an effort to ensure your safety and the safety of our team members, you will notice we’re taking some extra precautions. We ask that you join us in these efforts and be patient with us as we navigate this together.
Store Locations & Hours
To adhere to local guidelines, we’ll be scattering appointments for the safety of our customers and stylists. Our stores will be operating with modified hours to give us additional time to clean and sanitize. Check our Store Locator to for hours, and note that appointments are recommended.
Limited Store Occupancy
We are limiting the number of scheduled appointments and customers in the stores. For the time being, we ask that you limit your guests to 2 at your appointment. We welcome you to invite additional guests virtually!
We are practicing social distancing. This means we will do everything in our power to serve you, while taking into account recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local governments. You may see tape markings on the floor—those are our reminders! Due to the intimate nature of alterations, there will be moments during alterations appointments when the alterations specialist is in close proximity to you.
A Safe Space
We are working extra hard to maintain a safe space for you to shop. This means we wipe down fitting rooms, handles, surfaces, and equipment after every appointment with appropriate disinfecting supplies and steam gowns between customers.
During your appointment, your stylist will wear gloves and a mask for your peace of mind. You’ll find hand sanitizing stations for you and our team to use throughout the store.
To limit direct contact, we will only accept card payments at this time. Until further notice, we will not accept cash payment. We hope you understand.
