We understand these are difficult times, we care about you, your family and friends, and all of our dedicated employees who are working tirelessly on your behalf.

We also understand how important your wedding day is for you. We’re doing everything in our power to serve you, while taking into account the ever-changing guidance around COVID-19 and adopting the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other federal, state and local governments.

To do our part in slowing the spread of the coronavirus, we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our stores globally for appointments and walk-ins through April 1st. Our store stylists will be reaching out to you personally to reschedule your appointment. That being said, our business is like no other. We have the privilege of dressing you for some of the most important, emotional times of your life, and we want to be here for you. Here are the ways we will continue to serve you:

• Stores open for curbside pickup. Previously placed customer orders are available for curbside pickup between the hours of 10:30am and 6:00pm, as allowed by local regulations. We will have a reduced workforce in stores to allow customers to pick up previously placed orders. If you have merchandise in store ready to be picked up, an associate will be in touch with you. If you are more comfortable, we’re happy to ship directly to your home for FREE.

• You can continue to shop online around the clock. For the thousands of customers who are still buying your dresses online, so happy to hear your event is still on! We want to reassure you our distribution and fulfillment centers remain open and running. If you haven’t purchased your dress yet, we have over 300,000 dresses in stock in the U.S and ready to ship today. As always, we are open for business at www.davidsbridal.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• We are here for you as your plans evolve. . “Our Guarantee” provides comfort knowing your dress will arrive on time for your event. If your event has been postponed, we will keep your profile intact so you may resume planning when you’re ready. As always, our virtual concierge, Zoey, is ready and waiting to serve you if you have questions or concerns about your order, returns, or an appointment.
