David's Bridal works with both Commercial Customers and Vendors, each of whom must review and agree to the applicable terms and conditions governing their relationship with David's Bridal.
Commercial Customers
Commercial customers purchasing products or services from David's Bridal for business purposes must review and agree to the Customer Terms & Conditions.
Vendors
David's Bridal partners with vendors across a variety of business models, including suppliers of resale merchandise, direct-to-consumer providers, non-resale goods vendors, and service providers. All vendors must review and agree to the Vendor Terms & Conditions, which incorporate the requirements, policies, standards, and manuals applicable to the vendor relationship and the goods and/or services provided.
Commitment to Data Privacy
David's Bridal takes data privacy and information security seriously. Any third party that transmits, processes, stores, or has access to David's Bridal data or other sensitive information must comply with the Data Processing Agreement, as applicable, and all related security and privacy requirements.
Acknowledgement
By proceeding with registration and onboarding, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable Customer Terms & Conditions, Vendor Terms & Conditions, and Data Processing Agreement as well as any policies, standards, manuals, and requirements incorporated therein.
